Frequency — Poster Series

A series of six event posters exploring the relationship between sound frequency and visual form.

Concept

Each poster corresponds to a different frequency range — from sub-bass to high treble. The visual rhythm is derived directly from waveform data, then abstracted through typographic intervention.

Execution

All layouts built in Figma, then refined in Illustrator. Print-ready output at 500×700mm, offset printed in 2 colors.

The series was displayed at a music venue in Beijing, Feb 2025.
